I help others on their healing journey by introducing them to the practice of massage therapy for the first time, as well as those who already know its benefits.
Are you having trouble relaxing, experiencing pain, or having trouble sleeping?  Maybe you've been thinking about trying massage for the first time.  My training and passion have equipped me to bring comfort, pain relief and deep rest to the whole body using safe, nurturing, therapeutic techniques including Swedish massage, stretches and deep tissue massage.
